Painting A Mental Picture With Pain

For those who suffer from Fibromyalgia, I am more than sure you know the pain it causes, not only physically, but mentally as well. It is a constant struggle to stay positive and believe that there is help out there for you. Some of you may experience the uncontrollable muscles spasms or twitching if you will, while others have to experience a more mental aspect such as depression. This depression is different in that it stems from no where. You may just feel depressed and “really” can’t explain why. If you are not one of the ones who experience this particular mental symptom, you may be one who experiences a somewhat scarier one. Chest pains are another factor and can range from minor to severe. Not to be confused with symptoms of a heart attack, the chest pains associated with Fibromyalgia are more widespread over the chest and may not even appear near the heart. Either way it is best to get a doctors opinion if you are having any of these symptoms.
