Do you know what Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Is
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a disorder that has been named like this in the 1980’s; however, it was known to people since the 1700’s! The cause of this disorder is still undiscovered by scientists, and it can not be cured, too.
Having a Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, you will be experiencing fatigue and exhaustion that does not just go after resting in bed; it will more likely stay for months and maybe even years. What this disorder does is make you unable to do the normal activities that every person does daily, such as doing the chores, practicing your hobbies, or working on your job. Sometimes it can be more severe, making you unable to do even the simplest things like going off bed, taking your shower, or eating.
The other symptoms that usually accompany the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are: headaches, memory problems, muscle pain and sleep problems.
While everyone can have this disorder, it is more likely to be found in women between 20 and 40. Going through treatments and medications could not cure the disorder; however, it can definitely help you manage the symptoms.
