A Time for Contemplation

Hello, friends!

Another year has passed. For some, this year may have been the year that you were diagnosed with fibromyalgia (or its evil twin, chronic fatigue syndrome). For others, this year was yet another year of struggle with pain and fatigue. For still others, 2010 brought welcome relief from pain and an improvement in symptoms (if this describes you, we would love to hear your story!)

Whichever category you fit into, if you are on this site you no doubt have had your life touched by FMS or CFS, either as someone suffering from one of these debilitating conditions, or as someone who cares about a sufferer.

New Years is the time of year when we reflect upon the year that has passed, and also on our hopes for the future. This site is devoted to hope and optimism. It is hoped that the questions answered, the information provided and the news reported give answers, support and hope to those who seek knowledge here.

We appreciate your questions and comments and endeavour to answer them in a timely fashion, so that others who come to the site can find whatever they are looking for.We also welcome your ideas as to what you would like to see more of on the site.

I hope that 2011 brings you peace, joy and happiness, not to mention good health! Wishing you all the best in the New Year and looking forward to another year together,
