What you should not do when you have chronic fatigue syndrome

As the name implies, chronic fatigue syndrome happens to people who are constantly tired. If it’s as simple as that, then we can conclude that the only solution to this is rest and sleep. While this may be true, there are some things that we thought could help us relax, but are actually aggravating the condition. For one, sleeping more will not help a person fully rest.
