does anyone have problems with knots in their back?

I have knots around neck,

I have knots around neck, shoulder and back. Sometimes I can feel them all down my right arm.

I do too. If I try to lean

I do too. If I try to lean over to do something its like the muscles seize up and refuse to move.

I am opting, at least for

I am opting, at least for now, to take only non-narcotic pain relievers. Because of a kidney disease I am unable to take ibuprofen. I want to try some of the natural treatments; I am in acupuncture therapy now. Therapeutic massage, adjustable bed...have been described as good options. Does anyone know if insurance will help pay any of these?
