I am sorry you are going through a difficult time. You're right - many people with fibro indicate that the cold weather makes the pain worse. The good news is that Spring is right around the corner and hopefully, some warmer weather is heading your way.
Meanwhile, taking a warm bath twenty minutes a day should help with pain relief, though it may take a few weeks bfore you feel a noticeable difference.
Pain medications are another option - have you discussed your pain and pain management strategies with your health care providers.
One thing to remember that might help is that it is harder to get on top of pain medication-wise if it is already severe when you take your medication. Pain is easier to manage if you medicate or use pain relief techniques early on.
