I've reached my pain threshhold. My rheumatologist says there is nothing more he can do. I take 6 oxycodone/day, 3 Lyrica/day; 3 Cyclobenzaprine/day; 2 Savella/day; 1 Ambien; 1 Soma; 1 Trazadone. The pain meds only work 2 hours max, then I suffer.Help!

Goldenbee, I'm so sorry to
Goldenbee,
I'm so sorry to hear that medications have been no help to you.At least your rheumatologist was not afraid to try strong medications. It's very unfortunate that they have not helped.
Have you looked into any alternative treatments? Sometimes people that respond poorly to drugs respond better to alternative treatments, such as accupuncture/accupressure. May be worth a try if you haven't already tried it. What about massage? Hot/cold therapy? I am casting about for some ideas that may be useful to you, but knowing little about you makes it difficult.
Have you been to a pain specialist? This is often the next step when your physician runs out of ideas on how to treat your pain.
I apologize if I am suggesting treatments you have already tried. Know that there are others "out there" who sympathize with you. I hope you are able to find something to help soon.
